I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email — we'll send a reset link.

My photos aren't showing up.

Flashbulb develops frames on a delay by design — that's the whole idea. A frame appears once its reveal time arrives. If something still seems wrong after that, email us.

I want to delete my account.

Email flashbulbapp.support@gmail.com (or flashbulbapp.support@gmail.com) and we'll remove your account and photos.

Notifications aren't arriving.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Flashbulb in your phone's settings.
